Online returns policy

To return an online order, please contact our online orders department by emailing orders@60plusclub.com.au.

You may return an online purchase within 30-days of the product being dispatched to you, if:

  • The Product is misbound or faulty in any way
  • The Product you received was different to the one ordered
  • The Product arrived damaged
  • If your return meets any of the above conditions you will be entitled to a refund or an exchange.
  • If your return does not meet any of the above conditions but you would still like to return the product, please contact the store directly and the friendly staff can assist you.

Note: You cannot return an eBook product.

 

Please review the following choices carefully, refunds and returns can only be processed when eligible items are returned using the appropriate method. If your return is shipped or brought to a store after the timeframes indicated below, we regret that we cannot issue a refund or send the merchandise back to you.

 

Items That Cannot Be Returned
We do not accept returns for eBooks purchased. However, if you are not satisfied with your eBook purchase – email us at orders@60plusclub.com.au with the reason of dissatisfaction and our team will handle each query as a case-by-case.

 


 

How do I return an order?
You may return part or all of your orderwithin 30-days of the product being dispatched to you for a full refund. The refund will cover the cost of the books returned, but does not include postage costs. Return postage is to be covered by the sender.

To ensure your package is returned correctly please include the return slip included at the bottom of your paper receipt. Be sure to write the purchase order number prominently on the slip and the packaging.

I Haven’t Received my Refund
After a refund/return has been approved, the refund generally takes 24 hours to be processed in our system. Once complete, you will receive an email from us. Please allow up to 4 business days for the funds to be back in your account after receiving this email. If the funds are still outstanding after this time, please contact your financial institution.

If you have yet to receive an email confirming your refund, and it has been more then 24 hours since your return was approved, please use the contact us via email at orders@60plusclub.com.au and we will look into the matter for you.
