Receive general medical advice at no charge

60+Club have teamed up with an emergency doctor to offer our readers online access to general medical advice. Our Ask Dr. H service lets you ask Dr. H a medical question or any medical concerns you may have. This service should be treated as a casual online consult for non-critical health matters.

This is a free service offered to our 60+Club readers, so you must be 60 years or over. Dr. H has kindly volunteered her time to provide medical advice on this platform.

Dr. H is a qualified emergency doctor and is currently employed at one of NSW largest trauma hospitals. Due to privacy, we will only refer to our doctor as Dr. H.

Dr. H will try to respond to your question within 72 hours. However, the response time may be longer if we’re receiving a high number of submissions, so we ask that you please be patient.

Your privacy will be 100% guaranteed. Neither 60+Club or Dr. H will hold or publicly display your personal details, such as name, email address and location. Your personal information will not be shared with any third-party providers. However, your medical question may be published on our website, anonymously, along with the response by Dr H. This may help our readers find similar results to questions already answered by Dr. H.
